Maximise your workout and training efforts as part of a small group class where you benefit from the knowledge and expertise of personal training in a relaxed group environment. Where bespoke classes tailored to suit the individual capabilities of each participant, progress weekly to meet your goals, but don't worry you can jump in at any time. Base classes are great for: strength + power for sport, core strength + stability, weight loss, dynamic movement and injury prevention.
