Elite professional athlete, coach, personal trainer and sports rehab specialist
Llewellyn competed as a pro elite mountain bike athlete racing at elite level from 1998 – 2021. He also competed as a pro elite triathlete from 2008 – 2019 (representing GBR).

Llewellyn studied Sports Science and Anatomy at Swansea University following which he worked as a Strength + Conditioning Coach for the Osprey's rugby team and Strength Coach to Welsh hockey and para athletes.

After completing his personal training qualification and working as a P.T. alongside his racing career, Llewellyn studied abroad in Boulder, Colorado. Here he developed his knowledge of Sports Massage and Myoskeletal alignment.

Following years in the sports and fitness industry Llewellyn opened STUDIO BASE in 2019. Since opening its doors STUDIO BASE has worked with athletes competing at the highest level, including the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games.
